Combat Martial Arts (CMA) is a fast moving quick learning no nonsense form of MMA (mixed martial arts) training. Its primary purpose is to deliver hardcore fighting techniques that are practical and effective in a real street defence situation so as to render your attacker unconscious or seriously injured.  

In short a fighting method which will allow all levels to develop and enhance their current skills and abilities in a more practical way. If you currently train in a martial art and feel you spend too much time doing Basics, Kata or Forms,  then this practical approach will be for you.

Combat Martial Arts (CMA) is a highly practical MMA system specialising in both distance and close in fighting techniques. These are taken from the many styles of karate and Ju-Jutsu as well as including practical Boxing combinations.
